Head to + List Something and select Give Away (Free). Upload a clear photograph and note whether the item is Like New, Good, or Fair condition.
Neighbors express interest
Interested verified neighbors send you a short note. You can see all interested residents directly inside your Activity dashboard under "My Giveaways".
Select your recipient
Select the neighbor you would like to give the item to. Once selected, the listing locks so you won't be inundated with further messages while arranging the handoff.
Meet in the lobby & confirm transfer
Meet in the clubhouse or building reception. Both you and the recipient confirm the exchange with one tap in your respective accounts to mark the giveaway complete.
